The training is divided into two parts: theoretical teaching and practical operation. In the theoretical teaching, taking the emergency medical emergencies that may occur in life as an example, the corresponding emergency knowledge and emergency treatment were thoroughly explained, the necessity and precautions of timely defibrillation were emphasized, and the importance of timely Cardiopulmonary resuscitation and AED defibrillation for cardiac arrest personnel was deeply understood.
In the practical teaching, Qu Weimin, the deputy medical director of the Administration Department, and the external teacher explained in detail how to judge whether the patient is conscious and breathing, clean oral secretions, chest compressions, artificial respiration, and use of AED automatic defibrillator through the Mannequin. After the explanation, guide everyone on site to complete the first aid skills such as the correct operation steps of Cardiopulmonary resuscitation and AED equipment.
Through a total of 5 practical first aid training sessions in office buildings and production lines, employees have gained a deep understanding of the importance of first aid. Through a combination of theoretical and practical training methods, everyone has gained practical first aid skills, effectively improving their emergency response ability and awareness, and preventing accidents before they occur.
